As a former employee and passionate supporter of Cancer Council NSW I was excited to see this new campaign in their enewsletter this week. Its all about HOPE, and turning the page on cancer. After so many, many years of research we now know a lot more about cancer. We know the facts on what causes many of the most common cancers and we know a lot more about how to prevent them than we ever have.
WE as individuals, parents, family, friends and humanity can now take some very solid and well informed steps to understand these facts and do all that we can to prevent cancer in ourselves and our loved ones.
LOVE this quote, so true!
Yes we can ALL help prevent cancer tomorrow.
Can you imagine a 3rd of all the women you know
being diagnosed with cancer?
This is the reality!
Breast cancer took my Mother at the age of only 48.
My commitment to prevent cancer:
1) More yoga.
2) No sugar.
3) Less alcohol.
4) Sunscreen everyday.
