SPACE FOR A HEADER PICTURE

Coconut Rocks!

Coconut is one of my favourite smells...it always sends me straight to the hammock between two trees over sparkling blue water where I swing gently juggling a book and a cocktail. Besides the sensory benefits though, coconut has become one of my essential cooking ingredients, not to mention my most delicious source of body and hair nourishment!




Here is a list of some of the ways that I use coconut on a daily basis:

I use coconut oil to bake home cut chips and vegetables.

Coconut oil is my favourite body moisturiser!

Coconut butter (pictured above) is beautiful on fresh sour dough bread as an afternoon treat!

I also use coconut oil as a hair treatment, generously lathered through my dry dirty hair 30 minutes before I am going to shampoo and condition.

Coconut oil is a luscious ingredient in slices such as Raspberry Ripe. I make this Sarah Wilson slice a LOT!

Fresh coconut water is the perfect hot day or "summer celebrating" hangover refreshment!
